There is a particular form of #anxiety that I see primarily among white #LGBT #queer people, because there is no other aspect of their existence that marks them as "other" to the naked eye, so they feel it necessary in some way to make their identity obviously visible to others.

Those of us who are also #BIPOC or who are otherwise visibly marked as *other* don't experience #QueerAnxiety the same way, because we are already visibly *other*, regardless of sexual or affectional orientation. #Pride
