• Verify somethibg can be accessed
• Being able to cross-check shitty connectivity on #EDGEland mobile networks and their fucked-up networks with #IPv4-only connectivity and #CGNAT in #RFC1918 (10.0.0.0 /8) address space.
• Test applications as a developer that should behave differently under #GDPR / #BDSG juristictions.
• Circumvent #censorship (if @torproject / #Tor or a #VPN isn't an option due to #GreatFirewall / #Roskomnadnozr)
• Circumvent #VPNblocking and #ProxyBlocking on certain websites…
• Do #research-…

Just because you don't know a "bona-fide" use-case doesn't mean it's inherently bad!
