TIL - I need to block spam callers in the Project Fi app and not in the Android dialer. The Project Fi app blocks at the system level which includes Hangouts. It also tells the caller the number you have dialed has been disconnected.

I was blocking callers in the dialer and I was still getting rings in Hangouts on the web. #projectfi #android

It looks like I'm going to have to replace my Nexus 5x in the very near future.

Wish list:

USB C charging (not a deal breaker)

Android or Linux based (no iPhones or windows phones)

Supported by #lineageos or other alternative ROMs.

Workable, to some degree, with project fi.

Recommendations, please?

Anyone know if there's a monthly cap for #ProjectFi international data roaming? Mine stopped working in Denmark with exactly 2.0GB roaming data reported on the phone for the month. Googling finds a variety of speculation, but little hard data.
