5/5 Most interestingly, ITC as a corporate entity has always been comfortable with contradiction. Cigarettes, hotels, FMCG, agribusiness, all under one roof. That worked at the conglomerate level because each division operated independently. But they're now asking a single consumer-facing brand to balance contradictions. That's a fundamentally different ask.
