Your personal brand is like a credit score, not a campaign.
You don't obsess over your credit score every day, but you know it exists and quietly shapes what opportunities come your way. Personal branding works the same way. You don't need to "do personal branding" every day. You need to know what builds it (your perspectives, your depth, your consistency) and what silently erodes it (inaction, irrelevance, inconsistency). Build it steadily, and it becomes an invisible magnet.
"We have shied away from condemnation of state assassinations, of the mass murder of schoolgirls and the murder of sailors without a declaration of war. Where we see opportunity, such as getting a couple of tankers out, we will take it. We have no role in the larger making of peace or the reestablishment of a rules-based order because our creed is opportunism and that means not shaping the world but taking short-term advantage where we can".
For the uninitiated: there are 2 TVKs in Tamil Nadu - Vijay's TVK and Velmurugan's TVK. And the latter's TVK may form an alliance with the former's TVK if DMK doesn't respond to its overtures in 2 days!
Nope, he got it upside down. Not denying the rightful right to vote of even a single legitimate voter is the bedrock any democracy. Right now, we have millions running from pillar to post, leaving their place of employment, to submit paper after paper only because the EC bureaucracy thinks "pure" electoral rolls are all that matters.
Is this the kind of "double-engine" Ram Rajya that BJP wants to unleash in non-BJP states? And this was a crime in a BJP-ruled state that shook the entire nation, and even the PM was finally forced to condemn it, despite it being in his own party-ruled state.
"Even in a practical world, killing more than 100 children attending school should override any moral case to continue the war. Why? We must not grant rationality so much privilege that we have to answer why the accidental bombing of a school should be a pivotal event in a war".
4/4 So, can a middle path be offering this only on specific days, like every Wednesday - 'Magical Mondays', or 'Terrific Tuesdays', or 'Wow Wednesdays'? And only to those who have installed the airline's app, offering a great incentive to have the app on the phone?
Or, make it luck + a nominal charge (of say, Rs. 200/500) for the chosen one, to maintain some semblance of revenue too.
Good idea?

3/4 Of course, I can fully anticipate the concerns. This may erode the loyalty program value proposition. There is bound to be some operational issues too - what if one from a family of 4, or a couple, is chosen? Offer it to another person if the chosen one can't use it? Would the people who paid for the first class 'look down' upon both the winner and the airline? There are a lot more issues, so don't waste time in this direction. Instead, think of ways to make it work.
2/4 The seats are going empty, and the airline would have the food planned for those seats too, anyway (which may not be reused for another flight). So why not increase the chance of happiness for the people in the economy class and let that create an overall positive perception for the airline brand? Since it is not based on any preconditions and the selection is based on luck, it would seem largely fair to all. It would also be something to look forward to, before the flight takes off.
