Ian Stirling from the #PortOfLeith distillery explains: "We were building next to a harbour wall. Never do this - it's a massive concrete wall holding back the water, with steel rods extending from the wall, under our site.

"So when it came to building the supporting piles on the substructure, we couldn't put them where we liked, but only where we were able to".
