@stefan nope … was a random i never interact with and i try to add when i remember but i just have #PoliticalSanity filters for the triggers and suggested same
@theautisticcoach my paperwork says i am "level 1” but i am fully aware that the dystopia we are now in is not helping my daily stability
one of my coping mechanisms is renewing my #PoliticalSanity filters every 30 days on here and actively avoiding my #Bluesky account since i can't bring myself to set them up on there
i lost my #PoliticalSanity filters and as i am recreating them they will from now on be called #SocialMediaSanity filters
@shoq i set a #PoliticalSanity filter as soon as this all started since i get plenty of updates from my news outlets and do not need to engage it here
just added my first #PoliticalSanity to my #TapestryApp feeds…will probably delete it in a few days
just re-upped my #PoliticalSanity filters for another 30 days…
