#OTD 2018, I had the honor of giving a talk at the Charles Hamilton Houston Institute for Race & Justice at #HarvardLawSchool.

This talk was based on an article idea that I had been pitching, about some striking similarities between the 1962 #PoliceKilling of #RomanDucksworth, Jr. and the 2014 police killing of #MichaelBrown. An editor at a major national magazine told me it was not fair to compare the racist behavior of the two #police officers. But Harvard disagreed.
