I persevered, didn't wait until the end of the season and try to rush at the last minute to hit my goals only to hit the daily set limits. Finally, thanks to the changes made this season to make it much easier to get (you get 100% chance of encounter if you make it to the 3rd win and the encounter reward after hitting L20), I finally have #PikachuLibre in #PokemonGo. The other goals I made: getting platinum in Great League and hitting 200 wins in Ultra League to grab the special attire.
