Fringe Festival is over for 2024. I can sit back and catch my breath before the dance season begins later this month. Last review of the Fringe:

#PhillyFringe is in full swing! Last Friday I saw nearly naked acrobatic gothic horror. This Tuesday it was serenity at the Arch Street Meeting House just e blocks down the street from the National Constitution Center and 3 hours before the debate. What a contrast!

Fringe in the neighborhood! Blues to Funk and street dance. Sort of a one-man poetry slam with music. Thinking about going back see what the extra performers add to the mix.

Made it out to the Latvian Society last night for my first Fringe Festival event this year. Gunnar Montana is always interesting, and his Black Wood was an immersive dip into gothic horror and female power. #dance #PhillyFringe #Philadelphia #GunnarMontana #BroadStreetReview

All That Fall - The Idiopathic Ridiculopathy Consortium’s production of Samuel Beckett’s radio play is worth a look. Or, if you’re in the right frame of mind *and* the theater-issued blindfold, a listen. I opted to see; the visuals helped.

Tina Brock’s performance as Maddy, the 70-something protagonist, is exquisite. But the show doesn’t give the audience enough info to make sense of Beckett’s thick symbolism. Or even the plot? Oops.

Still, three stars. #PhillyFringe

After 20+ years as staff and support on the international #FringeFestival circuit I'm finally touring my own work as a digital offering. Check out #TheForeverWave #RadioPlay at #PhillyFringe from September 4-24. On-demand and available worldwide! https://phillyfringe.org/theforeverwave/

volunteered at a Post Apocalyptic Fashion Show when #PhillyFringe was still weird. the kids from NYC had super energy n clothes. bought my beloved $5 hand painted ‘its the end of the world motherfucker’ shirt from a bright friendly brunette gal who sparkled. Near curtain folks milled in including well dressed tiny dude w big head whose kid painted my shirt. It was #DavidJohansen who dazzled w unexpected role as supportive dad and noteworthy stature. Still proud of how hard we ignored him
@pam YESSS, love #phillyfringe 🙌
