#Orthography: #Dysfunciton or #Dysfuntion?

I haven't read it, so I don't know if there is a deeper meaning, but if you do an image search for the cover image of Peter F. Hamilton's "The Reality Dysfunction", the first row of my first results page shows at least two with a spelling error: One says "Dysfuntion", and one reads "Dysfunciton".
Weirdly, both Audible and libro.fm show the image with the "Dysfunciton" misspelling on their website.

Like food, I don't like not finishing a book. But sometimes, I have to.

I stopped at the half of Pandora's Star, by Peter Hamilton. Great ideas, but boy does he like to take the long road to get there. Aside from the fact that there are a shit ton of people in the novel and sometimes I have to remember who this dude is, and what the heck he's doing wherever it is he is.

It's not you, my friend. It's me.

I may pick it up again, maybe. #PeterHamilton

I’ve finally gotten around to reading the #PeterHamilton Greg Mandel series. Enjoyable, but the Commonwealth remains the standout #SciFi universe that I’d like to live in.

Just finished The Salvation Sequence (https://www.goodreads.com/series/242882-salvation-sequence) by Peter F. Hamilton. Thoroughly enjoyable space opera read with his standards: existential alien threat, jumping around the galaxy with portals, and wealthy dynasties with long-lived progenitors saving humanity.

Didn't like it as much as the Commonwealth series (https://www.goodreads.com/series/108563-commonwealth-universe), but still a fun read.

Salvation Sequence Series by Peter F. Hamilton

Back when I started school in 2016, I was reading the #HonorHarrington novels from #DavidWeber and had to stop to focus on my classes. I finished school almost a year ago now and decided I need to get to reading those again, so I looked at the #BAEN website and found that there was only one novel left. I was almost finished when I stopped and didn't even realize it!

Anyway, it just arrived today and I can't wait to get into it. Problem is, I don't really remember what was going on in the story now. I thought of just skimming through the previous novel to try to get some idea, or even just starting over and reading all 14 novels straight through. As much as those options appeal to me, I may just dive into this last one and hope there is enough material to bring me up to speed on past events.

After I finish this series, there are a lot of other novels set in the same universe that I haven't even touched yet, and other completely different novels from Weber in collaboration with other authors that I want to get into also.

I was reading some #PeterHamilton too, so I need to see what he's published since 2016 and start in on those as well. But first, Weber.

It's going to be nice to start reading again after all these years.
