Help The Kirks Keep Their Home

We're a queer couple renting from the council. One of us is openly trans. We're good neighbors, and we've never done anything wrong. Nonetheless, for reasons unknown to us, someone is making as many false reports as possible to whatever organisations to try to get rid of us. Now it's to our council. We have an agreement in place to pay back our rent arrears we gathered during the pandemic and after our DLA and Housing Benefit was taken away. We're fearful, with good reason, that the council may try to pull this away to get us evicted, or by some other means. The harassment is constant. We're asking a lot, but we're raising this money to pay our arrears if suddenly demanded in full or, if evicted, so that we don't end up homeless and can get another place. We're both disabled and only one of us can currently work, which is part time. We really cannot do this without your help. Please chip in to help a queer couple stay housed. Thank you x
