#today managed to do a decent chunk of #knitting on the #penguono, made it to the physio and treated myself to several balls to sit on/massage on muscles against a wall with, *just* missed the pump class this morning, so did a full hour of weights/stretching/butt exercises, which hopefully banks toward fixing this sore weak back/butt of mine.
