The #PathwaysAlliance wants a guaranteed ROI for investing in carbon capture and storage. Plus on going taxpayer subsidies to build and operate the system. Complicated negotiations, CCUS is expensive unproven, used to recover more oil! Doesn’t impact any emissions coming out of vehicle tailpipes!
