#PathSky. More difficult to interpret were the P. aeruginosa rRNA FISH (red). Neutrophilic granulocytes apparently take up loads of P.aeruginosa rRNA (granular red). Some biofilms show green flourescence (1 st pic pyocyanine?) some don't (2nd picture).
