In addition to a family outing to the Washington County Fair and Pizza Ranch, #PastorLife today included meeting with a newcomer about joining the church as a member, visiting and sharing communion with two parishioners at the nursing home, tweaking this Sunday’s sermon, baking a new gluten-free communion bread recipe, writing a sending message for this weekend’s TEC retreat, lots of emails, and phone conversations regarding Sunday’s service, a baptism, and Thrivent grants. Not too shabby!
