I did not know this, but it makes sense: When you send a parcel, put name and address of both sender and addressee both outside and *inside* the parcel. So say the Universal Postal Union regulations:

"The office of posting shall also advise the sender to put in the parcel a copy of his address and that of the addressee."

Little update, as they replied a bit back but I didn't post yet. Well... Sadly the second answer wasn't as nice as the first. In fact, it was rather disappointing without actually replying to the points made and questions asked.

I replied them once more about that, with the notion that if I get no decent answer the next step is to hand the case to the AP and publish it.

Outside of talk about why they think it's good, they díd mention they are evaluating internally if the current setup is fitting and required 🥳

I mailed back as I feel like there are some holes in their reasoning, but perhaps with more explanation they can fill those. So I will wait for a reply for most of that

I will say tho: 36 month retention is horrid to use as example that you minimize data
