Israel's Defense Minister Yoav Gallant:

"The third phase will require the removal of Israel’s responsibility for life in the Gaza strip, and the establishment of a new security reality for the citizens of Israel."

The situation in Gaza is already dire. And no responsibility for any "life in Gaza" moving forward sounds like there's zero intent to turn back on the water or electricity, ever. Let two million people, half of whom are children, starve and dehydrate, let them get sicker with no sanitation or effective health care. They can all die... or flee their land forever, if they can get out. Northern Gaza will be flattened and permanently unlivable, tens of thousands killed, if not more. Life in southern Gaza is already unbearable, with hundreds of thousands homeless, dwindling rations, and IDF bombings, and it will become even more so. This is Israel's final solution to their "Palestinian problem."

It's genocide without the gas chambers.
