I know everyone in the old school crowd loves either Keep on the Borderlands or Temple of Elemental Evil, but my first favorite was The Palace of the Silver Princess. It’s the one I’ve run the most, I even adapted it for 5e in my nephews campaign.

I particularly love the pit trap with oil, where a burned out long ago torch falls in. Scares the [redacted] out of low level characters.
