Some people are still first being notified about the MOVEit breach last May.

The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA) submitted notice to the Maine Attorney General saying notifications to 281 people will go out on July 10.

Their submission doesn't make clear when the National Student Clearinghouse first notified them.
