Over a million people have now signed up, and this is definitely worthwhile. I joined a while ago, attended the local clinic, and after their health check decided to make a few lifestyle changes. I know health’s a lottery to some degree, but it’s stupid to sleepwalk into issues that will undoubtedly cause you problems.
