#OpenIn is a series of extensions that allow you to quickly send links from one browser to another.

It works not just in popular browsers like #Firefox, #Chrome, #Edge, and #Safari, but also in many others like #PaleMoon and #Waterfox. There is even a version for some non-browser programs.

Very useful if you test web stuff (🙋me) or if you have different browsers assigned to different roles (also 🙋me).

Open In

The 'Open In' extension enhances your browsing experience by adding an action button to integrate your browser with an external browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Opera). This button enables you to open the current webpage in a different browser of your preference. Additionally, when you right-click links, a context menu item is included to open these links in alternative browsers. You can also optionally select text content to extract links and open them in the external browser. You have the flexibility to customize your destination browser through the options page, and you can even instruct the extension to open links in the chosen browser based on left, middle, or right clicks.

How to get #KDEConnect working in desktop #Firefox (and other browsers who support #WebExtension)

Install External Application Launcher + Native Client (the latter is open-in-native-client on #AUR)

Just select `/usr/bin/kdeconnect-handler` as the application, `[HREF]` as arguments and enable it for link as well as tab context.

The handler will open a popup where you can select the target device
