Wirklich viel besser als das hier vorgestellte Modell Marke "Bolzenschussgerät" aus der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts sind diese aber auch meist nicht. 😉
Aber ob noch immer so dreist mit dem Titel "schmerzlos" geworben wird? 🙈😅

However, these are usually not much better than the model presented here, kind of a "bolt gun" from the first half of the 20th century. 😉 But is advertising still so boldly using the title "schmerzlos" (painless)? 🙈😅

So a couple of years ago Dad found this Coleman florescent lantern. Pretty sure its got a sealed lead acid battery in it for rechargeable power.
Finally purchased some new bulbs for it and will try and pull the battery this weekend. Gonna try to record on this while I work.

SuzanneToday I welcomed this table into my home and I think it's great for several reasons:
- exactly the right size
- fits in perfectly with my 70's/80's/90’s thriftstore look
- sturdy, real wood
- has rounded corners so it hurts less when you bump into it
- nice drawer for my painting brushes
- it was for free (yay!)
- previous owners were happy they didn't have to trash it
moozerI just found this in the cupboard.. with a note about 2005, so it is at least that old
Of course I decided to copy it using #ddrescue and my trusted external #cdrom drive
I had expected a lot of read issues, but one sector only failed and that was read on second pass.
Don't we expect cdrom 15+ years old to start failing?
