Oh dear, basic errors underly #Ofqual's grade *prediction* algorithm. They seem to have made invalid assumptions without supporting evidence.

This is damning, because they didn't cite evidence that teachers are accurate at *prediction*, only at ranking. #UKpolitics #algorithms #éducation
