As long as you fit the bill, whether forming a system through trauma, always existing as a system, forming a system through non traumatic means like perhaps spontaneous formation, all of these and probably a few more make you plural! And remember you're loved and valid, also remember to love and accept yourselves.

How should manage alters who do harmful things? If you have the ability to stop them, should you? It would prevent harm to yourself or other people, but it would hurt and further isolate them.
