This is why I am pissed off at the Ohio Democrats. They don't do anything for #OH02 They've all but abandoned Ohio 02 and have for as long as I have lived here.
I don't know how many zombie candidates we have had because there is no organization by Democrats outside the metro areas.

@donholloway They haven't touched rural #AppalachianOhio in decades as far as getting votes or even putting up candidates. Shame is, a little truth and outreach would go a long way as a large majority of the people are either on programs DEMs push and expand, including safety net and worker protections that the region is for.
We haven't fit the bingo card for the identity politics that the DEM leadership at the party level seem to have been directing resources to in the past 20 years, esp last 10.
Even a couple times over the past few cycles, our candidate for the US House in #OH02 was just Butch, a guy on a porch running to tickle his mother. A zombie candidate. He never campaigns and always loses.
Shame, the opportunity is ripe.
