Made chocolate-chip cookies [1] this afternoon. It's always a good day if you can make chocolate-chip cookies.

So we're having a good one here. I hope the same holds true for you and yours.

[1] Cookie bars, actually. I don't mind baking, but I hate portioning out and shaping the dough into individual cookies. Much easier to squash the whole thing into a pan and then cut it into bars after it cools.
