I'm honestly kind of head scratching how badly some AWS/Amazon product and services come together these days. It seems the whole leadership paradigm, two pizza teams paradigm combined with massive attrition and burning through almost all available candidates in their geographic areas while mandating RTO is a pretty bad set of policies for ongoing consistent and ground breaking technology & product development.
