In an interview with media representatives from #Northern_European countries, #Volodymyr_Zelensky noted that the adoption of the #Victory_Plan proposed by #Ukraine depends only on its allies.

"This plan depends only on the will of our partners . It does not depend on the will of #Russia," he recalled.
