Reliably red counties are either voting yes by a close margin, or are actually voting no by close (and not so close) margins, and nine of the ten largest counties are voting No by large margins (86.5% here in my native Franklin County, for example). The tenth county isn't voting Yes, it just hasn't returned any results yet.

PAC backed by Illinois billionaire pushes for vote on making it harder to amend Ohio constitution
The political action committee Save Our Constitution is running ads to pressure lawmakers and Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) for the resolution requiring 60% voter approval for amendments.
They lie and say #Issue1 is good for farmers. For families. That’s bullshit: it’s only purpose is making sure that the party in power makes all the rules and that it’s nigh impossible for Ohioans to exercise direct democracy.
They want to shut you up, because the GOP-led legislature doesn’t care about Ohioans.
