It does not look good for Issue 1 in Ohio. Reliably red counties are either voting yes by a close margin, or are actually voting no by close (and not so close) margins, and nine of the ten largest counties are voting No by large margins (86.5% here in my native Franklin County, for example). The tenth county isn't voting Yes, it just hasn't returned any results yet.
