I have a new ambition for the next couple of months of this year. Seeing as I'm an inexperienced and utterly uninspired cook, I want to improve my cooking and try my hand with a new perspective and approach: figure out how cooking works without leaning so heavily on recipes. I developed a couple of dishes in the past with a trial & error method, and was really happy with them. I want to do more of that.
