One of the hardiest one year-old #avocado trees this winter (#No138, a seedling of #Aravaipa), looking a little weather-worn after the windy, snowy night last night, but still stubbornly clinging to a few leaves

Now that it's been relatively warm over the last couple weeks, it looks like at least one of the outside trees is starting budswell a bit earlier than ideal. This is the #Aravaipa #avocado seedling (#No138) that has thus far been the most #ColdHardy seedling in our project, which was covered with a tree cover for the December freeze, but still showed the least damage of any covered seedlings.
