The #TwitterFiles is a big nothing burger because it was and remains a #corporation which is not beholden to any amendment. Likewise any liberal/progressive/anti-fascist who remains there is supporting hate speech because Twitter BELONGS to Elon Musk - and Elon Musk is nothing more than a white supremacist billionaire.
