Reminder: the world has #Trump (--> #tariffs, breakdown in #InternationalLaw, emboldened reactionary autocrats, mask-off #BigTech #oligarchs, collapsing #ForeignAid programs, gutted scientific research programs, metastasising #disinformation, #plutocracy entrenched) because #Biden, #Harris and the #DNC remained (and remain) fully committed to #genocide in #Gaza.

Internally, privately, Dem number-crunchers and campaign strategists admit as much. And they are *still* committed to this choice, hence their decision to sit on their election autopsy.

Yes, other factors are also crucial parts of the mix, each individually sufficient to have swung the 2024 election and perhaps thwart/delay/mitigate #fascism 2.0. But the US Democratic Party, knowing that it might well cost them not just the election, but the (vestiges of/precursors to) #democracy itself, *still* chose to prioritise enabling the slaughter of Gaza's children over saying 'no' to #Netayahu.

(Further reminder: obviously, primary responsibility for genocide lies with the Netanyahu regime and Israel's military, while primary responsibility for fascism lies with Trump and his fascists. But they could only do what they've done with the help of the stances taken by 'reasonable centrists'.)

Noise and street theater protest on eve of Netanyahu's White House visit

On July 7th, the Butcher of Tel Aviv, Benjamin Netanyahu, visited Washington DC. He was there to meet with Donald Trump, who fancies himself King of Turtle Island.

The night before(July 6), with Netanyahu already in DC, protesters brought the noise and street theater, complete with "Netanyahu: in mid-20th Century prison stripes and chains.

Note that there are valid arrest warrants from the International Criminal Court out for Netanyahu.

CORRECTION: this protest was on Sunday July 6 not Monday July 7. Netanyahu was already in DC but his meeting w wannabe King Trump is today July 7.
