My neighbourhood's peace is frequently shattered by the yapping and squabbling of cooped-up dogs. Until I dig a bit deeper, it sounds like neglect and disregard.

Recently I discovered some posters by the Cinnamon Trust (https://cinnamon.org.uk/), encouraging volunteers to step up to walk local dogs that don't get out enough.

So I wondered about connecting these two phenomena.
