Eve Ventually#Unbound / #Boundless / #NeemTreePress , who lately ran into "trouble" because they "went out of business" and transferred the book rights to an entity which 'disclaim(ed) any legal obligation to make good on Unbound’s debts and describing the disbursement of unpaid royalties and invoices as “goodwill payments”–which, by the way, would not be paid' ... has apparently run out of business?
Hopefully with the rights actually returning to the authors?

If the affected writers had some clarity that for sure their rights had been restored, this would be good news after a fashion.
