No doubt “National Interests” like the idea of #freedom are a lie spun and paid for by the private interests of a fascist elite ground on the tyranny of their corporate sovereignty. It is the programme of greedy, corrupt, cowards and losers. The finance and ultra violent protection of its ecocide programme will be their end too! #NationalInterests #GlobalInterests

There’s No Such Thing as the “National Interest”

According to establishment pundits and politicians, countries have “national interests” they carry out in the international arena. But “national interests” is just another phrase for ruling-class interests. The old socialist argument is true: workers of all countries have more in common with each other than their respective countries’ ruling elites.

Speaking of the #MiddleEast, I could never fully grasp why our elected politicians have been so eager to conflate America's interests with Israel's own. We are two distinct countries with our own regional challenges. In fact, #UnitedStates aid has rendered #Israel such a vassal that the IDF might as well lay down its weapons and watch as the US Marines "invade" Israel's shores, advance eastward, and capture (West) Jerusalem, with minimal change to the status quo.
