Among the local semifinalists are Nancy’s Hustle, an East Downtown new American restaurant that is in the running for Outstanding Restaurant, and Itai Ben Eli and Itamar Levy of Sof Hospitality Group, which specializes in Middle Eastern cuisine, in the Outstanding Restaurateur category.
