Trump's #NWScrewworm #quarantine map. I'm not seeing any clear 5.6 mile expansion of the supposed 12.6 mile radius quarantine zone around a 2nd detection as Trump's own NWS playbook calls for. So far the zones appear to follow property line maps as you can see by the jagged edges & are more rectangular than a true radius. Quarantine squares won't work very well on flys.

Pretty sure these livestock bans will rapidly expand to the entire US when they realize how uselessly porous Trump's #NWScrewworm flesh eating parasite "#quarantine" actually is because they're just letting all the cows in their "infected zone" be moved out immediately & infected cows after 21 days without symptoms.

Just in case I wasn't clear #Trump has put every human within a 12+ mile radius of his 1st #US #NWScrewworm infection on at least a 63 day #quarantine #lockdown more intense than COVID, while the cow in the pen next to an infection can be moved out of quarantine that same day if an inspector claims they can't find symptoms. They've almost certainly stupidly moved infected cattle from the quarantine zone already with these rules.

Well so much for #Trump's pipe dream of trying to keep the #NWScrewworm cattle bans at the county or lower level, Canada along with some US States has already banned #livestock imports that have been in #Texas in the last 21 days after the 1st confirmed US case. RIP the Texas meat industry.

Each #NWScrewworm egg can grow into 1 fly. A single female fly after mating once will usually lay 200-300 eggs on each animal, & an average of 3,000 over their lifespan. 2 Screwworm flies usually make 3,000. What are the odds Trump's #USDA inspector misses 2 tiny fly eggs? On animals with fur? When they're inspecting thousands of cows? On top of all the wildlife, humans, & pets they're surveling in that order?

Obviously Trump having inconsistent #quarantines for everything is stupid, because #NWScrewworm doesn't care what type of mammal you are. Cow, bat, human, etc, etc, it eats you all the same way at about the same rate. They care not where they get their pound of flesh, only that they slate their ravenous hunger. Could be you, your pets, your livestock, or the wildlife you never even see. Should be treated consistently, especially not preferring livestock WTAF!!!

#Trump's #NWScrewworm Response Playbook let's ranchers immediately move cattle from a farm with an infection out of their #InfestedZone #quarentine if they don't find any of the the tiny holes these parasites leave. Even infected cattle can leave a quarantine after 21 days without symptoms. People are stuck in quarantine for 21 days x3 = 63 days . Get in line behind all the business owners if you own any pets, no ETA on any fur babies escaping quarentine.

So what all these different maps tell me is that so far there is no unified response to this #NWScrewworm outbreak on #DonaldTrump's watch & every agency is tracking completely different things based off the audience. It's a waste of resources to recreate conflicting quarantine maps & confuses people stuck in them not sure which to follow. I'm not surprised #HHS Secretary #RFKJr is botching this, he is also a flesh eating parasite. But where's Trump's #CDC ?

It's also odd seeing the Trump Administration update an outbreak map more than weekly. I know #NWScrewworm is scary for uber rich cattle farmers bottom line but besides being gross it's readily treatable with basic healthcare like people had during COVID or ideally even better today. They added the Sterilized Fly dispersal area over Zavala County, Texas but no red dot marking the confirmed US case...
