No. All my characters are through with that. It's been done to death.

I write UrbanFantasy set in the 2000s Japan, so yes, it exists, and I don't whitewash it. I also don't focus on it.
I do focus othering and it's consiquences in several of my novels, especially "My Girlfriend Almost Got Me Killed."
