Lupine with bumblebee

And mites? A bunch of somethings, small and pale (greenish) higher up on the lupine?

Anyone have any idea what this is? I'm stumped. I haven't been this stumped by an insect for years. I'm pretty sure it's a beetle, from the elytra, but beyond that?
