For the first time since I bought my 4s, I bought a case for my phone.

A clear, kinda soft, Insignia brand "hard shell" case.

I don't plan on keeping this phone as long as my last two (about 4.5 years for my 4s, and almost 6 years for the 11 Pro Max pictured above) so I want to get as much trade-in value as I can in the next one or two years when I do upgrade.

The 3Gs was my first iPhone, after the Moto Razr.

Then Treo 350 which "ate" my Palm Pilot.

#Motorola #MotoRazr #V3i läuft nun seit Montag und hat noch immer alle Akku-Balken.

#Eventphone-#SIM ist drin, allerdings mit Flugmodus kein fairer Vergleich zum #Nokia-Test Anfang der Woche.

Ich denke, das reicht dennoch zur Qualifikation als Lars' Next Congress Retro-Phone™️.

Neben dem (schon damals) Retro-Charme des GUI spricht dafür, dass es etwas mehr Zugang zu den technischen Details gewährt als übliche Handys. Man kann z.B. Netzbetreiber-Prioritäten vergeben.
