Puebla is a city full of history, colors, and some of the best food in Mexico (right after Oaxaca probably 😉). Spent our days wandering the historic center, and trying the famous mole poblano. Absolutely worth the stopover on our way to the volcanoes. 🌋🔥 Gotta come back when chiles en nogada are in season! Did you know Puebla was the battleground where Mexican forces defeated the French which is today celebrated as Cinco de Mayo?
