- The overreliance on E-Temple makes Karn feel worse, but he's still really good. I just don't know if the deck can afford to split its attention on him
- Interaction feels way better. Still weak against other colorless cards, but Kozilek's Command feels amazing to cast and 4 Devourer of Destiny + multiple All Is Dust and Eldrazi titans usually takes care of everything else

It's interesting that #Modern seems to be the single-biggest driver of the MTG secondary market. Changes in meta and legality in Legacy/Standard almost never have any effect on card prices, but changes in Modern are very often met with HUGE swings.

It's making more sense why LOTR was direct-to-Modern, and also why it will likely become the best-selling set ever (usurping Modern Horizons II; a fact which caught me completely off-guard).

FNM night! Only slight tweaks from last week, going for 3/3 Smiter/Finks from 4/2 (full decklist https://deckbox.org/sets/1815440).

Hopefully no more token decks this week, they're no fun for this to play against. Makes me think I'm lacking some evasion in the deck.
