As it's #Caturday here's my contribution to #CatsWithJobs:

#MiniTheCat is doing the visual inspection of our newly harvested and pressed #OliveOil, just before we took over with the other sensory tests.

I'm very pleased how this year's oil came out (very fruity with just the right amount of sharpness in the throat), even though the quantity was a lot lower than previous years.

These are the '23, '22 and '21 pressings. The new one will clear up as particles settle down.
