The effects of how we structure and operate businesses has long tail way past what's directly visible.

Did you ever stop and think why is it that your corner #COOP or #MigroLino has heaps of daily perishable goods (bread) even 5 minutes before closing time? And what are the effects of this?

Do we really need always fresh? What is the limit? What is the price that we're willing to pay as a society for this convenience?
