For this past Mother’s Day, FCJ Refugee Centre hosted a Creative Wellness Workshop to create a safe, welcoming and healing space for migrant women. Participants called the experience relaxing and therapeutic. We focused on connection, and self-care while building meaningful friendships in our community.
