Loving me some #Midsomer.
I chortle at the 20th anniversary show when they say, "The number 1 show detectives watch, to solve crime....not".
The formula works and we are guaranteed a pub, a green, unexplained phenomenon, cameo roles from distinguished actors, mandatory dog stealing human food/hearts, and salty coroners.

Always suspected that Joyce and daughter Cully #Barnaby were the #Midsomer #Rippers, committing all the murders during Tom’s time as DCI. He couldn’t see it. He was too close. Even when alibis seemed plausible better detective work would have exposed them. All those fictitious deaths. For nothing. I liked Tom, but he wasn’t Morse.
