bedastI was not able to find the bourbon I was looking for, today. So I tried something the staff recommended at one of my commonly frequented places.
Middle West Sherry Cask-Finished Bourbon, aged 6 years, double barrel matured.
On ice, it starts out slightly sharp, and mellows over time. Nice and smooth, it’s an easy sipping bourbon.
It’s one I’d recommend.
